Wheels 2 Work is a scheme established in the Tees Valley area to support those who are experiencing transportation barriers to accessing work or education.
The Scheme allows those eligible to access Electric Bikes and Electric Motorcycles for a minimum of £21 a week for up to 6 months.
This is to benefit those who are struggling to access employment or education due to living in remote areas or working outside normal working hours.

1.Live in Tees Valley (Darlington, Stockton, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar and Cleveland).
2.Have a firm job offer, training course or college place, and are able to produce written proof OR provide evidence you are already in work, training or college and struggling to get there.
3.Have no convenient public transport for your journey.
4.17 years old (under 18 will require parent or guardians’ consent).
5.Have a provisional driving Licence.
6.Willing to undertake and pass the CBT (Compulsory Basic Training).
7.Able to pay for upfront payments and regular hire payments for the duration of the hire period.
8.Able to pay the required insurance excess in the event of an accident, damage or theft (£500).
9.Comply with the terms and conditions of the hire.
