Bike Weeks 100th Annual Anniversary

(5th – 11th June 2023)

Bike Week is Cycling UK flagship event and is celebrating its 100th Annual Anniversary between the 5th and 11th of June.

Bike Week focuses on encouraging workplace cycling and supporting staff to get on their bikes during the week.

However, it’s the perfect opportunity to get on your bike regardless if it’s part of your work routine or not!

This year Bike Week has set 3 challenges surrounding the theme of 100:

1.Burn 100 calories by bike

2.Save £100 by bike

3.Cover 100 miles by bike

Other Ways To Get Involved

Don’t fancy taking part in the challenges, there are a number of ways you can partake in Bike Week this year which all highlight the benefits of cycling:

. Organising / partake in a group bike ride
